It’s almost like we gave so much to secure the client we have nothing left to give!
As I noted in part 1 of this podcast series, businesses focus on the actual interaction at the time of sale that the before and after communications are often forgotten.
We are on a mission to change this.
Of course, we need to build new markets but there is an opportunity to gain more benefit from those who have already had a positive experience with us.
If we get it right and deliver the first time, we build trust and credibility with our community that just can’t be bought by marketing alone. Including social media.
No business can survive without focusing on and building repeat customers from their communities.
